Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of www.7studios.co and the services offered by 7 Studios LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Effective March 2025.

1. Services

7 Studios provides digital marketing services including website design and development, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, social media marketing, branding and content creation, and email marketing.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, respond to requests in a timely manner, follow the agreed payment terms, and obtain any licenses required for content they supply to us.

3. Payment Terms

A percentage of the project fee may be required as an upfront deposit before work commences. Late payments may incur fees, and clients remain responsible for costs incurred if a project is canceled after work has begun.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Clients grant 7 Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature the completed project in our portfolio.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement, for one year following termination of services.

6. Revisions and Changes

Each engagement includes two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions, or changes that fall outside the agreed scope, may incur extra fees.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement in line with the terms of the separate agreement between us. Clients remain responsible for compensating work completed before termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the one month preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Tools and Services

We may use third-party platforms and tools in delivering our services. 7 Studios is not responsible for service disruptions or changes made by those third parties.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from them will be resolved in the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
