Why Sprint Mortgage

Most people dread the mortgage more than the move. Piles of paperwork, slow replies, and
no idea where the file stands. And most lenders look the same online: stock photos of keys,
rate tables and the same promise of “great service.”

Sprint Mortgage had something different to say. A licensed residential lender with 15+ years
of experience, built around one idea: speed with care. Our job was to make that idea visible
everywhere a borrower meets them.

Marketing and Brand
Strategy

The name already held the story. A sprint is fast, focused and run as a team. So we built the
whole brand around it: “Your Mortgage, Our Sprint.” The borrower focuses on the home;
Sprint carries the file to the finish line.

We gave the message two clear audiences. Home buyers who need a fast pre-approval to
make a strong offer, and homeowners who want to refinance without it turning into a
marathon. Every page and post speaks to one of the two.

Brand Identity

The identity balances energy with trust, because borrowers need both. A bold, forward-
moving mark, a confident blue as the core color, and clean type that reads as a serious
financial company, not a startup.

The system works in horizontal, vertical and mark-only versions, in blue and white, so it
holds up on the website, social posts, business cards and signage. The NMLS number sits
with the logo, so trust is part of the brand, not small print.

Social Media

Social is an ongoing part of the work. Mortgages are confusing, so the content explains
them in plain words: pre-approval vs pre-qualification, what credit score you need, what
closing costs to expect, and when a refinance makes sense.

We also celebrate real moments: first homes, closings and the team behind them. Every post
follows the brand style and the same compliance rules as the website.

RESULTS

Numbers

Analytics was set up from day one. We track pre-approval starts, refinance requests, calls
and form fills page by page, so Sprint can see which pages and searches turn into real
applications.

The goal is clear and measurable: more borrowers starting their application directly on
Sprint’s website, instead of through rate sites and paid lead lists.

Website

We designed a website with one job: get a borrower from “just looking” to “let’s start” with no
confusion. Separate Purchase and Refinance pages, each with a simple four-step process,
the team’s numbers up front, and real client reviews.

Compliance is built in, not added at the end. NMLS ID, NMLS Consumer Access, licensing
disclosures and state notices sit in the footer of every page. An About and a Team page
show who you will work with, and a careers section helps Sprint recruit loan officers.

SEO

SEO is ongoing. We built the site structure around what borrowers actually search: home
purchase loans, refinancing, pre-approval and first-time buyer questions. Each topic has its
own page, written to answer the question clearly.

The FAQ is part of the plan, not an afterthought. Ten real borrower questions, answered in
plain words, help Sprint show up in Google and in AI answers at the exact moment people
start researching a mortgage.
