BK Construction Group, led by owner Barry Krasniqi, does everything from kitchen remodels
and house extensions to office, retail and restaurant renovations across New York, New
Jersey and Connecticut.
That range is a strength, but it is hard to show. Homeowners, landlords and business owners
all need to see their kind of project quickly. Our job was a website that makes a big service
list feel simple.
Most renovation contractors pick one side: residential or commercial. BK does both, so we
made that the core of the message: “Expert Residential & Commercial Renovation and
Remodeling Services.”
The site splits clearly into interior, exterior, paving and masonry, and commercial work. Each
visitor finds their path in one click, without reading through services that are not for them.
Renovation clients worry about contractors who over-promise. BK’s reviews tell the opposite
story, and they name Barry again and again: responsive, careful and never cutting corners.
We put that proof up front: the 5.0 Google rating in the header, real reviews from
homeowners, a landlord and a business owner, plus “licensed and insured” and a lifetime
warranty.
Each service line has its own page, with each service inside it: kitchens, bathrooms, flooring,
framing, extensions, roofing, retaining walls, offices, retail, restaurants and more.
Every service is shown with real project photos and a “View more of our work” link, so
visitors see BK’s actual work before they ever pick up the phone.

That is the standard BK holds for its own clients, and the standard we held for its website.

We designed and built the website in Webflow with a video hero, a contact form with a
service picker on the homepage, and the phone number one tap away on every screen.
The SEO structure follows the service lines, with clear page titles and descriptions, so each
type of project, residential or commercial, can be found on its own in search.
Next comes local depth: pages for the areas BK serves most, like Westchester and New York
City, plus project stories that show the full journey from first visit to final walk-through.
The goal is simple: when a homeowner or business in the tri-state area plans a renovation,
BK Construction is the name they find and trust first.
