Why Basha & Kraja

Basha & Kraja is a business law firm in Prishtina, advising on corporate law, mergers and
acquisitions, banking, energy and litigation. Its clients include international companies
investing in Kosovo, who often meet the firm online before they ever meet in person.

Many law firms in the region still look local and dated online. Our job was to give Basha &
Kraja a brand and website that match the level of its work, the kind an international
investor or general counsel trusts on first look.

Positioning

We positioned Basha & Kraja as a firm with international standards and deep local
knowledge. Not the biggest firm, but the one that handles complex, high-stakes business
matters with care and precision.

The message is clear and confident: “Comprehensive Legal Expertise, Tailored to Your
Success.” Every page speaks to business clients first, and every page leads to one action:
start a consultation.

Brand Identity

The identity is built on the partners’ initials. A refined BK monogram in horizontal and vertical
versions, paired with deep tones and gold accents that signal trust, tradition and seniority
without looking old-fashioned.

A custom set of gold line icons gives each of the eight practice areas its own mark, so the
system feels considered down to the smallest detail.

Two Languages

Kosovo’s business market works in two languages, so the website does too. Every page is
available in English and Albanian, with a simple switch in the header and the same structure
in both.

International clients get a firm that speaks their language from the first click, and local
clients get the same quality of information in their own.

Recognition

In 2025, Basha & Kraja was shortlisted for “Kosovo Deal of the Year” by CEE Legal Matters,
one of the leading legal publications in Central and Eastern Europe.

The website gives news like this a proper home, right on the homepage. When a prospective
client checks the firm, the proof of its work is the first thing they see.

Website

We designed and built the website in Webflow. Eight practice areas, each explained in plain
language, an attorney section that puts real faces to the firm, and a short video hero that
sets a calm, serious tone.

A “Start Consultation” button sits in the header and at the end of every section, with phone
and email always one tap away, so a visitor can go from reading to contacting the firm in
seconds.

What’s Next

Next comes visibility: practice-area content and insights written for the questions clients
search, so Basha & Kraja shows up in Google and AI answers for business law in Kosovo, in
both languages.

The goal stays the same: make the firm’s online presence as strong as its work in the room.
